This is new -it was not in the BHAAP.
The site includes old Industrial/Warehouse buildings divided into about ten Units and sharing a common yard and access from Mill Street Several businesses operate at the site.
I would have no objection to Housing on this site providing that alternative accommodation within Brierley Hill were found for the businesses displaced. Local jobs must be preserve for local people so that they are able to buy or rent Houses in the area.
