Representation Summary:
-> Site DLP BH HO10 -- Land at Bell Street and High Street
This is BHAAP Block BR1 minus the Moor Centre and its Car Park.
It consist of the JD Gyms and Mecca Bingo building and their Car Parks.
Both of these provide core Town Centre Leisure facilities. The Gym in particular provides facilities beneficial to the health and well-being of the Community.
Including them in the proposed Housing list is absurd.
Therefore, I OBJECT to the proposal.
