The SHLAA 2022/2023 says that this is BHAAP Block BR16B and gives an area of 1.06 hectares
The DLP-BH Inset Map shows BH H004 as including both BR16B and BR16C
BR16B is 0.37 hectares and BR16C is 0.64 hectares giving a total of 1.01 hectares -which is closer to that claimed. The discrepancy needs to be sorted out.
Level Street had Housing when I was growing up in the 1950s but has evolved as a commercial corridor linking High Street with Trading Estates to the East of Pedmore Road. In my view, it should stay that way and any further development should be in line with that role.
We need local jobs so that local people can earn sufficient money to buy or rent Homes. Therefore, I OBJECT to the inclusion in the proposed Housing list.
