The Coal Authority records indicate that within the Dudley area there are recorded coal mining features present at surface and shallow depth which may pose a risk to surface stability and public safety. We are therefore pleased to see the inclusion of this policy which requires information to be provided to determine the extent of the instability and the risks this poses.
