Transport yard. Old Wharf Road. 36 dwellings really? I doubt you would achieve 8 dwellings in this space, I would relook at this as cant be correct. Once again occupied land, not available for development. Where do these businesses go and re-site too if brownfield is earmarked for houses? The amount of homes don't stack up here
