The Coal Authority records indicate that there is significant coal mining legacy in the Dudley area which may pose a potential risk to surface stability and public safety. We are therefore pleased to see, and support, the inclusion of Policy DL86 which relates to unstable land and how this should be addressed as part of development proposals.
