Part One: Spatial Strategy and Policies (Regulation 19)

Representation Summary:

I support Policy DLP28 - with the exception of item 1.a.
I object most strongly to the reduction in the level of parking against the standards normally required. It's daft.
(1.) It would deter motorist from buying or renting the properties;
(2.) Motorists who do buy or rent will park anywhere clogging up local streets;
(3.) Future residents would tend to be those who can't afford to run a Car - resulting in deprived ghettos;
(4.) Future residents would tend to be transient thereby creating unstable communities.
